We bought our first home in September 2023 with Lynne’s help. She was so professional, so supportive and kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient and so much more. She was generous with her time, information, and care. She took great care to listen to all of the things we wanted in a home and lucky for us we found ours on the 4th viewing but I have no doubts she would have taken us to as many homes as it would have taken to find the home that was meant for us. Her experience, how well she listened to us, and her intuition helped us find the perfect place. We are also extremely confident that the reason we got our house was Lynne. She had worked with the listing agent previously, and was able to use her positive relationship with that realtor to drive home just how much we loved our house. The sellers chose us to buy the house even though they had higher offers, and we are certain this is because Lynne was able to tell our story and how much we loved and wanted the house. Things like this don’t happen often, and are even less expected in this market. We will forever be grateful for Lynne. We will always refer anyone we know to work with her. 

 

Lynne was always responsive to our contact, she always made sure we knew if she was going to be unavailable and assured us that we would be taken care of in the odd event she would be unavailable. She was excellent at coordinating with the sellers realtors, mortgage broker and our lawyer. Anyone who uses Lynne as their realtor is incredibly lucky to have her on their side. It is very evident that she truly cares about her clients and her work. We always knew she had our best interests in mind and that she would always steer us in the right direction. Buying our first home was a process she made so easy. We cannot say enough good things about her. She is truly the best.
