Lynne Walker

A Calgary resident for over three decades, Lynne knows every part of the city and the surrounding area.  Having moved numerous times and lived in four other provinces prior to moving here in 1985, she has a true understanding of people’s needs and wants when choosing the right home, in the area which best suits her clients’ needs.

A former employee of both the Calgary Public and Catholic Boards of Education, she also has an excellent knowledge of the school systems here.

Her upbringing on a Manitoba farm has given her a good understanding of the unique aspects of buying or selling rural residential properties.  She has completed the Rural Real Estate course, as well as recently becoming a Certified Condominium Specialist.

She was a Welcome Wagon hostess for thirty two years, which involved bringing information to newcomers to our fair city.  She has also owned and operated a private music studio for thirty eight years and is a registered piano teacher with the Royal Conservatory of Music.

Lynne has had a successful year, in spite of a challenging market.  Her most recent listing sold in just fifteen days, for 96% of the asking price.
